You know they say that some of the best ideas are conceived of in the bathroom? I think they might be on to something. I was in the shower and I had an idea. I am in the middle of a EoE ( eosinophilic esophagitis) flare. It sucks. I have been laid up for 3 days. My body aches, my intestines hurt, my chest hurts and on and on. I can’t take anti inflammatory because it makes EoE worse. BUT!! I had an idea this morning… I take Repair Gold by Enzymendica after a long day of massage because it helps me get out of bed the next day without crying. My work is very physical and sometimes my books are full and that means my body hurts a bit the next day.
I have been using this stuff for years, My big AHA moment was that Intestine and Esophagus are muscle. The Repair gold works on muscle… 2 and 2…. UPDATE!! One of my friends on my facebook EoE said that she had a painful reaction to digestive enzymes. She said within 10 min of taking them she was in pain. This may not work for everyone… I’m 3 hours in after taking them and no reaction so far. I also would be very cautious with children….
